What is Reverse Transliteration?
Reverse transliteration is the process of converting native Gujarati script text into readable Roman (English) letters based on accurate phonetic pronunciation. While our primary Gujarati Typing tool converts English keystrokes into Gujarati script, this tool does the reverse: it takes authentic Gujarati Unicode characters and converts them into Latin alphabet spellings.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. This tool provides phonetic transliteration (pronunciation in Roman letters), not semantic meaning translation. For example, કેમ છો becomes kem cho, not How are you?.
